Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and custom teamwear orders placed with Windmill. Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but screens, fabrics, and production batches may create minor differences.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed after payment or written confirmation under an agreed team-order quotation. Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, delivery, sizing, name, number, logo, and design information.

Custom production

Custom designs may require approval before production. Approval confirms the design details shown in the proof. Production timing begins after required information, approval, and payment are received.

Intellectual property

Customers confirm they have permission to use submitted names, logos, artwork, and trademarks. Windmill retains rights in its original designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
