Returns and Exchanges

Contact us at hello@windmill.fit before returning an item. Ready-made, unworn items may be eligible for return or size exchange when requested within 14 days of delivery and returned unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original condition.

Custom and personalized products

Made-to-order, team, personalized, printed, or otherwise customized products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or differ materially from the approved order.

Problems with an order

Report damage, defects, or an incorrect item promptly and include the order number and clear photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return delivery costs are not refundable unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
