Custom Team Orders Policy

Windmill creates custom clothing and uniforms for wrestling, basketball, rugby, football, American football, and other sports.

Design and approval

Team colors, logos, names, numbers, patterns, sizing, quantities, and sport-specific shapes must be confirmed before production. A proof or written specification may be provided for approval. Production starts after approval and agreed payment.

Sizing

The customer or team representative is responsible for selecting sizes using the supplied size guidance. Sample sizing may be arranged for larger projects when available.

Changes and cancellations

Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery time. Once materials are ordered or production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Lead times

Production and delivery estimates depend on design complexity, quantity, material availability, and destination. Any event deadline should be shared before confirming the order.
